This student level trombone is in excellent condition overall. It has been well taken care of and functions as it should. The handslide action is perfect with no defects or misalignment. This is the perfect instrument for someone beginning band or interested in learning to play trombone. There are a few minor dings in the main tuning slide along with very minor scratches throughout.
