Different instruments require different repair approaches. Here’s what each service includes, explained simply, yet customizable based on the needs of your instrument.
Chemical Clean
Full disassembly followed with our 9-Step chemical cleaning process to remove corrosion, buildup, and debris, followed by reassembly, lubrication, alignment, and play testing. This includes new felts and corks throughout.
Chemical Clean
Full disassembly with careful cleaning of the body and keywork to remove buildup and residue, replacing worn corks and felts as needed, then reassembly with fresh grease and oil, and play testing.
Play Condition
Corrects common issues affecting playability, such as stuck parts, minor adjustments, slow or sticky mechanisms, worn corks or felts, and small accessible dents.
Clean, Oil & Adjust
A more detailed, in-depth service including disassembly, cleaning of pads and body, replacing necessary materials, necessary dent work and key fitting, full regulation, and thorough play testing and adjustment. Comes with a 3-month warranty on parts and labor.
Re-pad
Complete replacement of pads, corks, and felts with full cleaning and precision setup to restore sealing, response, and overall performance. Comes with a 6-month warranty on parts and labor.
Overhaul
Our most comprehensive service, including a full re-pad, new springs, extensive cleaning, mechanical restoration, and detailed regulation throughout the instrument. Comes with a 6-month warranty on parts and labor.
