On-Site Repair Day
We bring a fully equipped triage repair setup to your school and complete as many repairs as possible during the day.
Choose the On-Site Repair Day to save on turnaround time, reduce transport, and streamline estimates and invoicing. We set up a triage repair station at your school and complete as many instruments as possible throughout the day — ideal for mid-year tune-ups, festival prep, and quick program-wide service.
- Same-day turnaround for many minor and moderate repairs
- In-house shop handling for anything that requires full shop tools
- Saves transport time and administrative overhead for directors
- Efficient service for entire ensembles — students and staff
How it works: We arrive with a complete triage setup, work through instruments during the day, and bring back anything that needs a full-shop repair for a follow-up estimate and timely return.
- The daily rate will include most parts needed for repair. Some parts may require additional lead time or an additional cost.
- Reservations can typically be made with as little as 24 hour notice. Festival season may require at least 2–3 weeks notice to be scheduled accordingly.
- If you want us to run a student check-in sheet or collect instrument IDs, we can provide templates — let us know when you book.
